ChasingBetter Shorty Grips Return policy

The purchaser is eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs) if the product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must also fullfill the following:

• Must not exhibit damages that imply the misuse of the grips. This may include but not limited to:
  • Clean cuts made from cutting tools
  • Major tears made on the grip material itself
  • Signs of usage outside of a functional fitness workout

Christmas Order Dispatch Conditions

• Large orders which require a pallet may undergo up to a 72hr dispatch period.
• Dispatch only occurs during business hours. Any orders made past 12pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatch from the following Monday
• Coupons do not apply to used/ex-comp items when purchasing

Checking Your Delivery

• ChasingBetter offers a 30-day period to advise us of issues with items received
• Please ensure that you open and inspect any of our equipment as soon as you receive it
• Should you find any issues, please inform our team immediately
• Depending on circumstances, a handling fee may apply

• Multiple promotions cannot be used in conjunction with one and other. IE: clearance sale items and free shipping coupons.

Free Shipping

• Free Shipping promotion is limited to a 100km radius of Australia´s Metropolitian/Capital areas.
• Shipping to regional & remote locations may incur extra charges after the order was placed, in any case, the team will work with you to find the most cost-effective solution and ChasingBetter WOD Supplies will cover a portion of the shipping to regional areas within reason.

Ultimate Gym Bundle Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The Ultimate Gym Bundle Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the "Giveaway") is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Participants must be legal residents of Australian
  • Employees, agents, and representatives of ChasingBetter WOD Supplies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:

• The Giveaway begins on 5th September 2021 and ends on 1st March 2024. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm February 29th 2024 to be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

• Participants can enter the Giveaway by signing up to our SMS mailing list. Additional entries can be made by purchases made at www.chasingbetterwodsupplies.com.au (x1 entry for each dollar spent)

4. Prize Description:

• The prize for the Giveaway is the Ultimate Gym Bundle, which includes the following items:

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via email & phone call within 7 days after the giveaway ends. If the winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Acceptance:

• The winner must accept the prize within 30 days of notification.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.

7. Publicity:

• By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant permission for their name and likeness to be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions:

• The organizer of the Giveaway reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or tampers with the entry process.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.

9. Privacy:

• Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
