All cardio-based equipment with moving parts has a warranty of 12 months from the purchase date (Not including Concept2 equipment.)

Repairs.

Any request for repairs must be submitted to the [email protected] email address. 

Equipment that is flagged to be repaired must be sent back to the ChasingBetter Warehouse for further investigation. Responsibility to arrange redelivery for repairs is on the purchaser. This process is on a case-by-case basis. 

ChasingBetter is unable to send out maintenance staff for repair services offsite due to safety protocols/policy.
