How To Open Our Boxes Upon Delivery

  • Some of our equipment can get damaged when you open it and it is VERY important that you DO NOT use a Stanley knife or any sharp object to cut into the box.
  • This is especially important if you have purchased drop mats, jerk blocks, benches , wall balls, slam balls, power bags or ab mats.

How To Keep Your Barbell Clean

  • Use -Short firm bristle plastic brush to brush off chalk and remove dirt
  • Use INOX spray to clean & protect
  • Use Lint free rag/towel/shirt to remove any excess INOX
  • Ensure your barbell is always kept in a dry area, rain and moisture can cause rust
  • Store your barbell in a dedicated barbell storage

How To Clean Your Plates

  • This one is easy, regularly clean your plates with a magic sponge and some warm water. Dry with a lint free cloth after cleaning.

How To Maintain Your Kettlebell

  • Chalking after lifting helps. The chalk keeps the air off the handle. Wipe sweat off after lifting. Remove bloody ASAP. If there’s going to be a period of no use then you can spray CRC or WD40 on the handle. But then you’ll have to remove the oil next time you use the bell. I use a power file to sand back badly rusted handles or an 80 grit sanding block to freshen the handles up. Using them as door stops makes them rust very quick. If you live near the ocean the handles will rust faster. Keep them in a dry, still spot.  Breeze and moisture increase the rusting.

How To Maintain Your Flooring

  • Start by sweeping or vacuuming all the dirt and grit on your gym mats.
  • Ensure that the surfaces are grit-free and as dry as possible.
  • Use a wet mop and a neutral PH cleanser, you can find these at cleaning sections of supermarkets or in hardware stores.
  • This probably goes without saying but refrain from driving any machinery on your mats.

How To Maintain Your Dumbbells

  • Use -Short firm bristle plastic brush to brush off chalk and remove dirt
  • Use INOX spray to clean & protect
  • Use Lint free rag/towel/shirt to remove any excess INOX
  • Keep your dumbbells in a dry spot
  • You will never be able to fully prevent Chrome Dumbbells from rusting, if you don´t like rust, have a look at our Black Rubber Coated Dumbbells
